And along with that we can talk about its landscapes, many still unknown to many, and its connections with the rest of Asturias are so good and so fast that every week we receive more demands for properties like the one we offer you today and with which we want to captivate you.

I can\'t help but comment that from here it still smells of effort, affection and work, but also of stuffed onions, tripe with potatoes and burnt rice pudding. And even awards have been won, because the building or house that we present to you has been very successful, and that is why we have so much quality.

This old town house was the beginning of a simple regional gastronomy project, with character, and it worked so well that it was possible to invest in its remodeling and ensure that its 132 m2 are today in perfect condition, with the new electrical system, the repaired roof, some great slabs, and the double-glazed windows that insulate so well. Today as a hospitality business, the activity has now stopped, but this place offers the possibility of using it in a thousand ways, whether as rural apartments, a bar, cafeteria, restaurant, or private home.

The ground floor has its bar, its men\'s and women\'s toilets, a kitchen that complies with regulations and is clean as a whistle, and its living room with a wood-burning fireplace like few other places I have seen. Everything here conveys candor and familiarity. Many windows, and the best orientation, as the entire building faces South.

The upper floor, which is accessed by a wide and comfortable staircase, is the perfect room for any project, as the entire space is open and bright, and we also have an office where there is even a dumbwaiter, laugh at the equipment of this chigre!~~It has a small shed for firewood and another for propane cylinders.

GO4010. Vivir en los concejos centrales de Asturias para algunos suena a Industria, a minería, a tiempos pasados. Gracias a Dios no todos tenemos la mente en el pasado, y damos pasos al frente para demostrar que nada de esto es cierto. San Martín del rey Aurelio tiene vida, tiene juventud, tiene muchas familias maravillosas y tiene calidad y la cultura de su gente. Y junto a eso podemos hablar de sus paisajes, muchos aún desconocidos para muchos, y sus conexiones con el resto de Asturias son tan buenas y tan rápidas que cada semana recibimos más demandas de propiedades como la que hoy os ofrecemos y con la que os queremos cautivar.

No puedo evitar comentar que desde aquí aún huele a esfuerzo, a cariño y a trabajo, pero también a cebollas rellenas, a callos con patatinas y a arroz con leche requemáu. Y hasta premios se han ganado, pues el edificio o casa que os presentamos ha tenido mucho éxito, y de ahí que tengamos tanta calidad.

Esta antigua casa de pueblo fue el inicio de un proyecto de gastronomía regional sencillo, con carácter, y funcionó tan bien que se pudo invertir en su remodelación y conseguir que sus 132 m2 estén a día de hoy en perfecto estado de revista, con el sistema eléctrico nuevo, el tejado reparado, unos forjados de aúpa, y las ventanas de doble cristal que tan bien aíslan. Hoy en día como negocio de hostelería, ahora ya se ha parado la actividad, pero es que este lugar ofrece la posibilidad de utilizarlo de mil maneras, bien sea como apartamentos rurales, bar, cafetería, restaurante, o casa particular.

La planta baja cuenta con su barra de bar, sus aseos de caballeros y señoras, una cocina que cumple la normativa y está limpia como una patena, y su salón con chimenea de leña como pocos otros lugares he visto. Todo aquí transmite candor y familiaridad. Muchas ventanas, y la mejor orientación, pues todo el edificio mira hacia el Sur.

La planta de arriba, a la que se accede por una escalera amplia y cómoda, es el salón perfecto para cualquier proyecto, pues todo el espacio es diáfano y luminoso, y además contamos con un office donde incluso hay un montaplatos, ríase Usted del equipamiento de este chigre!~~Cuenta con una pequeña caseta para la leña y otra para las bombonas de propano..
